I haven’t actually managed to fully comprehend until now how the hell I’m going to waltz into that building completely alone and actually talk to people the whole week being creepily sociable. Ugh.
Aside from the fact that I’m sure I’ll either get lost on the way (to Chatswood, hah) or the train will be freakishly late the fact that there could be OTHER kids there - which I hadn’t even thought of before - freaks me out even the fuck more.
Seriously. Screw societal expectations.
Series of GIFs featuring the Bee Gees performing Too Much Heaven circa 1978. The original video can be found here.
There’s a beautiful tribute to Robin on Barry Gibb’s webpage. I highly recommend paying it a visit seeing as there’s lot of vintage footage of the twins and Barry that you wouldn’t normally see. Also at the end it reads ‘Bodding 1949-2012’ - if there’s anyone else whose read David Leaf’s authorized biography you’ll get the reference ;)

I love this Goddamn song..
Series of GIFs of the Bee Gee’s Night Fever music video (there’s never any Night Fever photosets though like a million Stayin’ Alive ones, right??!). The original clip can be found here.
Night fever, night fever, we know how to do it! ;]

“Our sweet hero has gone to heaven to sing with the angels”
It has been beyond devastating to learn of the passing of one of my idols, Robin Gibb. I wish to extend my deepest condolences to his family and those who knew him personally. Unfortunately I never had the chance to meet this amazing man in person and now, sadly, never will. Rest in peace Robin Gibb, 1949-2012.
